LIQUID SYSTEM OPERATION
AGITATE LIQUID FERTILIZER
It is recommended that the
contents in the liquid fertilizer
tank be agitated for a few
minutes before seeding if liquid
fertilizer in the tank has sat for
more than eight hours.
NOTE:
Phosphate is
heavier than
other nutrients
and will tend to
settle to the
bottom of the
tank.

To agitate tank contents:
1. Remove fill cap, 1 FIG.

2. Attach suction line of fill
pump to quick coupler at
the bottom of the tank.

3. Attach pressure side line
from fill pump to the other
quick coupler to pump
fertilizer into the top of the
tank.

4. Open fill valve, 2, FIG. 43.
5. Start fill pump.
6. Run for 2 - 3 minutes and
turn off pump.
7. Close valves and replace
fill cap.
