Step 3
Insert (1) M12 x 1.75 x 50 mm bolt #1 through (1) ½”
lockwasher #2, then through (1) ½” flat washer #3, then
through the bottom “tab” of the receiver #5, through the vehicle
frame, and into the threaded hole in the bottom of vehicle tow
hook (Figure 4). Repeat for opposite side of vehicle.
TIGHTEN HARDWARE TO PROPER TORQUE VALUE LISTED
IN CHART BELOW.
Step 4
Measure down from the top of the air dam 3 7/8” to the top of the QM front receiver. With air dam in place on the
vehicle, notch around the QM receiver tube leaving approximately ¼” easement on all sides. Place cover #4 over
opening in QM receiver tube to keep out debris whenever QM Winch is not installed on the vehicle.
