STEP 8: INSTALL PANELS
Note: fasten bolts to finger-tightness until all the panels are in place—this will allow you to
make alignment adjustments if needed. Once all parts are aligned and secured, tighten all
bolts.
a. Attach the front panel (3) to the front section of the trailer frame using the dowels
(AA), flat washers (K) and small locknuts (I).
b. Position the side panels so the front corners vertically fit on the outside (on top of)
the length of each side of the front panel.
c. Fasten the front-panel to the side-panels with the front-panel domed bolts (S) and
small locknuts (I); install the bolts where the front and side-panels meet.
d. Align the side panel’s bolt-holes with the eyeholes in the trailer frame. Position the
tie-down rings (Y) on top of the side-rail’s bolt-holes. Connect the tie-down rings
and the side-panels to the frame using 1” bolts (L) and small lock-washers (J).
STEP 9: INSTALL GATE
a. Use two of the domed panel bolts (S), flat washers (K), and small lock nuts (I) to
attach the gate lock with the chain(Z) to the eyeholes on the upper-back part of the
side-panels. On each side of the trailer.
b. Attach the bottom gate piece/solid ramp (4) to the trailer frame using 3 ¾” gate-
pins (G) and cotter-pins (M).
c. Attach the slotted lock (W) through the eyehole located toward the top of the
bottom gate piece/solid ramp (4) with flat washers (K), and small lock nuts (C).
d. Attach the mesh-ramp (5) to the solid-ramp (4) by aligning the pin-slots of each,
then insert an 8” gate pin (F), and then secure with a cotter-pin.
Note: The gate-latch will secure the solid-ramp and mesh-ramps by latching onto the latch
assembly, which is attached near the corners of the solid-ramp.
