AutoDrive ® 19 Tandem
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
The AutoDrive ® 19 Tandem is a wire feeder controller
designed to operate in a Power Wave ® automated
system and is responsible for relaying wire feed com-
mands to an AutoDrive
® series wire drive. It is con-
nected to the Power Wave ® power source by a K1543
or a K2683 ArkLink Cable and to the wire drive by a
K1785 14 pin control cable.
RECOMMENDED PROCESSES AND
EQUIPMENT
• The AutoDrive ® 19 Tandem is intended for Tandem
MIG welding, but will support MIG, Pulsed MIG,
STT, Flux-Cored, Metal-Cored, TIG (lift start only)
arc welding only with the Power Wave
® S350(CE),
Power Wave ® i400 along with AutoDrive ® series or
Power Feed ® 10R wire feeders.
• The AutoDrive ® 19 Tandem is not designed for use
in automated Power Wave ® system that utilizes a
Power Wave ® R350 controller.
