AutoDrive® 19 Controller
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
The AutoDrive ® 19 Controller is a wire feeder con-
troller designed to operate in a Power Wave ® automat-
ed system and is responsible for relaying wire feed
commands to an AutoDrive series Wire Drive. It is
connected to the Power Wave
® Power Source by a
K1543 or a K2683 ArcLink ® Cable and to the wire
drive by a K1785 14 pin control cable.
RECOMMENDED PROCESSES AND
EQUIPMENT
• The AutoDrive ® 19 Controller is intended for MIG,
Pulsed MIG, STT, Flux-Cored, Metal-Cored, TIG
(lift start only) arc welding only with the Power
Wave S350(CE), Power Wave
® i400, Power Wave ®
455M/STT or Power Wave ® 655M along with
AutoDrive ® series or PF10R wire feeders.
• The AutoDrive ® 19 Controller is not designed for
use in automated Power Wave ® system that utilizes
a Power Wave ® R350 controller.
