INC. BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS
OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS,
LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF GOODWILL AND/OR LOSS OF REPUTATION. (Note:
