Conference Calling
From the Handset
1 If one handset is already on a call, you can
connect a second handset to the call by pressing
P on the second handset
— OR —
If you are on an intercom call and have a second
call on hold, press
P to add the
held call to the conference call.
2 Disconnect either or both handsets by
pressing
O.
From the Base
1 If one handset is already on a call, you can
connect the base to the call by pressing
K
on the base.
— OR —
If you are on a call and have a second call on
hold (one is an incoming call, the other is an
outgoing call; or both are outgoing calls) on the
base at the same time by using flash function,
press
F to add the held call to the
conference call.
2 Disconnect the handset by pressing
O on the
handset or disconnect the base pressing
K on the base.
