Keypad Functions
START
YES
START / YES begins or resumes a func-
tion, or answers a query.
STOP / NO terminates or pauses a func-
tion, or answers a query.
MENU displays the selection menu.
ARROWS are used for scrolling
through menu items.
AUTOMATIC activates a menu that helps
the user set up an automatic recover /
vacuum / leak test / charge sequence.
RECOVER activates the recovery se-
quence.
VACUUM activates the vacuum
sequence, followed by an option to
activate a leak test.
INJECT OIL injects oil into the vehicle
A/C system.
CHARGE charges the vehicle A/C
system with a programmed amount of
refrigerant.
REFRIGERANT DATABASE (optional)
offers access to system oil and refrigerant
specifications by vehicle model and year.

Glossary
A/C System : The vehicle air conditioning system being serviced.
Internal Storage Vessel : The refillable refrigerant storage vessel
designed specifically for this unit; 30 lb. (14 kg).
Source Tank : A disposable tank of new refrigerant used to refill the
internal storage vessel; not included.
