1. Remove the top of the boiler jacket. Install
3/4" x 6" relief valve pipe to the top of the
unit as indicated in Fig. 12. Pipe mounts to
the 3/4" hole at the top rear of the boiler
block.
2. Insert the sensor of the aquastat through the
side of the boiler jacket. Mount the aquastat
to the side of the boiler as indicated in Fig.
11.
3. Insert 1" to 3/4" reducer to boiler top and
tighten. Insert sensor housing into reducer
and tighten. Insert the sensor into the hous-
ing. NOTE: Sensor must be fully seated for
proper operation.
4. Replace the top of the boiler jacket.
5. Attach the pressure relief valve to the previ-
ously attached 3/4" x 6" pipe and tighten.
