Disassemble Outlet Check Valve Assembly

Not all systems will have this outlet check valve assembly installed;

some systems will have the outlet fitting or the relief valve adapter.

1. Unscrew the retainer (4101-17-1) with a hex wrench while the retainer side of the check

valve is facing upward.

2. Remove the spring (4101-16-1) and S.S. ball (9201-1-7) from the check valve and

inspect them. Clean or replace the spring or ball if necessary.

NOTE: The two O-Rings on the check valve will need to be replaced during reassembly.
