that set. In practice this operation takes no more than 30 seconds and allows the user to
observe the correct operation of the Cat Sense system.
After this adjustment has been made, switch off the recirculation and proceed to use the
machine in production confident in the knowledge that the Cat Sense will alarm should
the catalyst flow reduce, or cease in production use.
Note: Moving the Cat Sense Body above or below the flow sense magnet in the
tube, will stop the whistle from blowing. Only when the Cat Sense Body is below
the flow magnet will the alarm detect the loss of catalyst flow.
Note: for some low flow situation it will be beneficial to use the Low Flow Magnet
(CAT-9003-01-LF)
