Air Cylinder Reassembly:
NOTE: Refer to parts drawing for the correct part numbers.
1. Install the Piston Rod Bushings into the Upper and Lower End Cap and secure
with Snap Ring.
2. Insert the Lower Piston Rod and Piston assembly through the Lower Piston Rod
Bushing. Slide the Cylinder over the Piston down onto the Lower End Cap O-ring.
CAUTION: Use care not to scratch the inside of the Cylinder when installing the
Cylinder.
3. Set the Upper End Cap onto Upper Piston Rod and down on to the Cylinder with
the with the Valve Block flats facing the same direction.
4. Screw the Hex Nuts (F-HN-06F) onto the Tie Rods and snug the Hex Nuts.
5. Position the O-rings on the back of the Pilot Valve assembly.
6. Mount the Pilot Valve assembly to the side of the Powerhead using the four Cap
Screws (F-CS-04C-40). Be sure that the Pilot Valve is mounted with the correct
end up.
7. Install the Muffler to the Pilot Valve using the two Hex Bolts (F-HB-04C-56)
8. Install the appropriate connector, rod end and clips to the end of the Piston Rod.
9. Connect the pilot air hose and regulated air hose to air motor.
