Metering Pump Assembly:
Assembly Procedures:
1. Install O-Ring (O-S-013), and Check Valve (CV-2000) onto Inlet Body (51050-1).
2. Insert the 9/16” SS Ball (03072) into the Inlet Body (51050-1).
3. Position an O-Ring (O-S-016) onto the notched end of the Cylinder (50940-1).
4. Screw the notched end of the Cylinder (50940-1) into the Inlet Body (51050-1).
Turn by hand until it bottoms on the Inlet Body, “snug tight”.
5. Thread the Lock Nut (50820-1) onto the Cylinder (50940-1) until it bottoms on the
Cylinder shoulder.
6. Install an O-Ring (O-S-016) onto the long threaded end of the Cylinder (50940-
1).
7. Install the Packing Nut (50630-1), and Packing Set (02022-5) onto the Piston
Rod (50360-1).
NOTE:
Care must be taken to not scratch or dent SS Ball.
NOTE:
Take care not to damage the O-ring on the threads.
