Introduction:
This manual, the VHPC-4200 Metering Pump Manual, provides information you need
to perform simple maintenance and repair on your equipment.
Step-by-step assembly and disassembly procedures are included for each
component.
Please read the manual carefully. Follow the steps in the order given, otherwise you
may damage the equipment or injure yourself.

During Disassembly:
As you disassemble the equipment, lay out the components on a clean surface in the
correct order and direction. This will help you to reassemble them.

direction. This will help you to reassemble them. Also have a current parts drawing to
reference during repair.
Tools Required:
• 1” Open End Wrench (08378)
• 3/4” Open End Wrench (08474)
• 5/8” Open End Wrench (08474)
• 6” Adjustable Wrench (2 required) (08466)
• 12” Adjustable Wrench (08468)
• 1/4” Wood Dowel – 6” long
