Inlet body: Mount the clean Inlet Body (VHPC-1215-B) into
the vise. Put a new O-ring (O-S-3-908) onto the Port Plug
(VHPC-2224) and tighten into the inlet body.

Put a new O-ring (O-S-3-908) onto the Inlet Fitting and
tighten into the side of the Inlet Body (VHPC-1215-B).

Carefully put the Inlet Ball (VHPC-2223) into the bottom of
the Inlet Body (VHPC-2215-B).

10. Install the Ball Cage (VHPC-1220) into the Inlet body

(VHPC-1215-B) over the ball. The Ball Cage will fit over
the ball with the ball being trapped in the bottom of the inlet
body.

11. Install a new O-ring (O-E-027) onto the bottom end of the

(short thread end) of the Cylinder (VPHC-1116) and thread
it into the Inlet Body (VHPC-1215-B), secure in place.

12. Place a new O-ring (O-E-027) onto the top of the Cylinder

(VPHC-1116). Thread the Lock Nut (VHPC-1221) all the
way down on the cylinder.

13. Take the assembled Outlet Body and pull the piston rod all

the way to the top of the stroke. Screw the assembled Outlet Body onto Cylinder
(VHPC-1116) until it bottoms out. If the inlet and outlet hose fittings are not in
proper position to attach to pump drive, unscrew the outlet body slightly before
bring the Lock Nut (VHPC-1221) up and tightening it against the outlet body. If not
sure, complete assembly and attach to drive before tightening the lock nut.

14. Install the pump back onto the drive. Orient the Outlet Body (VHPC-1117) so

hoses do not interfere with the drive. Bring the Lock Nut (VHPC-1221) up
against the Inlet Body (VHPC-1215-B) and tighten.

15. Attach all fluid hoses.
