Installation & Set-up:
It is important to check the mounting of the Metering Pump to be sure it is securely
connected to the drive linkage and that it is set to the desired percentage / ratio.
Removing pump from system:
1. Place clean pail under the pump to collect any potential spills.
2. Close the main air supply ball valve to system.
3. Open ball valve at the material manifold to release fluid pressure.
4. Use a 5/64” Allen wrench or rod to release accumulator charge at the material
manifold – if applicable to this system.
5. Close the ball valve from the feed container to the pump, if appropriate for your
system. Depending on how the material is being feed to the pump you will want
to take steps to prevent it from leaking when the pump is disconnected.
6. Remove the feed hose from the Inlet fitting.
7. Remove the outlet hose from the Outlet fitting of the pump.
8. Remove the pump from the drive by removing the Pins or Bolts
Wipe the pump clean and inspect for damage and wear.
