7. Screw the jam nut (4101-1-1) onto the outlet body (PAT-CP-0203) until the nut
bottoms out.

Install the ball seat o-ring (O-F-008) into the inlet body (PAT-CP-0202). Make sure
o-ring is in its groove completely.

Install o-ring (O-S-014) into its seat area of the inlet body (PAT-CP-0202). Install
ball (9201-1-7) into inlet body (PAT-CP-0202).
Note: To help prevent damage to O-ring (O-S-014) lubricate the o-ring with water,
catalyst or other material that will not react to catalyst.
10. Install the ball cage (PAT-CP-0209) into the inlet body (PAT-CP-0202).
11. Screw outlet body (PAT-CP-0203) into inlet body (PAT-CP-0202) until it bottoms out.
If the inlet and outlet hose fittings are not in proper position to attach to catalyst
pump drive back the outlet body out before bring the jam nut (4101-1-1) down and
tightening against the inlet body. If not sure, complete assembly and attach to drive
before tightening the jam nut.
12. Install o-rings (O-S-013) onto the inlet fitting (4101-8-1) and outlet fitting (51501-1).
Install both fittings and snug.
13. Install the rod adaptor (PAT-CP-0210) and ball joint onto the threaded end of the
fluid rod (PAT-CP-0208)
Note: Use a small amount of removable thread lock on the threads of the piston
body. Do not over tighten as the threads are small and can become damaged
easily. Allow the thread lock to dry thoroughly before putting the pump into service
14. Install the catalyst pump back onto the drive. Orient the outlet body so hoses do
not interfere with the drive. Bring the jam nut (4101-1-1) down onto the inlet body
(PAT-CP-0202) and tighten.
15. Attach all fluid hoses.
