under-the-sink RO Connection

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Since reverse osmosis (RO) systems have certain pressure minimums for operation, these override the
minimum requirements stated in the Use and Care Guide for the chiller. The operating pressure for
the chiller must not exceed 100 psi.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Connect the chiller after the last filter as shown in the Use and Care Guide. This is generally after

the bladder tank. See the schematic below. Make sure that the outlet of the chiller leads directly to
the inlet of the faucet as shown on page 4 of the Use and Care Guide. NOTE: The extremely cold
water may cause condensation on the outside of the faucet during use. This is normal and will not
hurt the faucet.

2. You do not need to use the pressure relief check valve configuration (parts 12 and 13 of the parts

listed) shown in the manual as long as water from the chiller can freely flow backwards through
the filter to the bladder tank. If you are uncertain whether this can happen, connect the check
valve across the filtration set as shown in the Use and Care Guide.
