INTRODUCTION

This Installation, Operation and Maintenance manual provides important information on
safety and the proper inspection, disassembly, reassembly and testing of the BJM
Pumps® KB Series submersible pump. This manual also contains information to
optimize performance and longevity of your BJM submersible pump.

The submersible KB Series pumps are designed to pump water based slurry
solutions. The KB Series pumps are not explosion-proof. They are not designed
to pump volatile or flammable liquids.

Note: Consult chemical resistance chart for compatibility between pump
materials and liquid before operating pump.

If you have any questions regarding the inspection, disassembly, re-assembly or testing
