Incidents and solutions

There is no domestic hot water.
The boiler is not switched on.

Check that the boiler is switched on.

Check the fuses and switches.

Check that the gas valve is fully opened.
The DHW mode is deactivated.
Activate the DHW mode.

The water pressure is too low (<
1 bar).
Top up the installation with water.

The energy-saving shower head
is restricting the water flow.
Clean the shower head; replace if necessary.
The radiators are cold.
The heating temperature setting
is too low.
Increase the value of parameter p1 or, if a room
thermostat is connected, increase the temperature.

The heating mode is deactivated.
Activate the heating mode.

The radiator valves are closed.
Open the valves on all radiators connected to the heating
system.
The boiler is not switched on.
