Operation:
You should check the calibration with a known calibration gas and adjust as necessary. If for
any reason the Analyzer does not calibrate within specifications the supplier should be notified.
If the batteries are low an icon will appear on the face of the display and the batteries should
be recharged for best performance.
Troubleshooting:
PROBLEM

Cannot calibrate oxygen.
Cannot verify CO_ reading
Replace Oxygen Sensor
Notify supplier.
No display once analyzer is turned

Maintenance:
Battery Replacement:
Should be done by a C-Squared Representative.
Sensor Replacement:
a) Remove the sensor from the cable. Unscrew the nozzle and save for use in step d).
b) Dispose of the used sensor in accordance with local regulations.
c) Remove the new sensor from its package; check it for leaks or any damage.
d) Attach the nozzle and install with the enclosed tie downs.
e) Attach the sensor cable to the sensor.
