5 Use of the wheel balancer
5.1 PRESETTING OF WHEEL DIMENSIONS
5.1.1 Standard wheel
Set the DISTAN a. CE “a” between the inner side of the
wheel and the machine.
Use the relative gauge on the machine to measure
this.
S b. et the rated WIDTH, normally indicated on the rim,
or measure the width “b” using the supplied calliper
gauge.
S c. et the rated DIAMETER “d” indicated on the tyre.

5.1.2 Wheels with internal correction to
rim
Select the correction position according to the method
used to apply the weights to the wheels.
For this operation use the two buttons .
Use the gauge to measure the distances according to the
following scheme.
To set dE hold down the button 10 for 2 seconds,
when any of the dimensions appear on the display.
