SETTING SOLID STATE CONTROLS

Compact Electronic Controls

Now a Standard Feature on:

50,100,150,200,300,AND 400AC/WC Chillers

This unit has solid-state controls that regulate the temperature of the refrigeration
system. After the unit is wired to the proper voltage, the temperature can be set.

Setting the Temperature

Press and hold the button marked “display set point” as you turn the set point screw.
The temperature shown on the discharge temperature display will indicate the
temperature set point as you turn the set point screw. Press button marked “display
return” and the screen will now show return temperature.

Checking Temperature Set Points

To check the temperature set points, just press display set point for the compressor #1
set point, press display return for the compressor #2 set point,

REMOTE WIRING - SOLID STATE CONTROL

This unit is designed for remote control. We have supplied the wire to connect the main
water chiller control panel to the remote panel. Make sure you connect the numbers to
each terminal block. The thermocouple wire is a special wire and cannot be spliced to
other types of wiring. The main control panel has pilot lights that indicate if the systems
are running.
