Fault Remedial action Possible cause
Appliance is not cooling,
temperature display
lamps and interior light
are lit. Showroom mode is switched on. Hold down Alarm button, Fig. 2/1,
for 10 seconds until an
acknowledgement signal sounds.
After a short time check whether
your appliance is cooling.
The interior light is not
functioning. The LED light is defective. See chapter Light (LED)" section.
The interior light is not
functioning.
Door was open too long.
Light switches off after
approx. 10 min. When the door is closed and
opened, the light is on again.
Temperature display
lights are flashing.

A lot of food was placed in the
freezer.
Do not open the door unnecessarily.
Switch on Super cooling before
placing food in the freezer.
The temperature in the
coolĆfresh" compartĆ
ment is too cold or too
warm. The fixed setting has been set too
high or too low (e.g. if there is frost
in the
coolĆfresh" compartment)
The temperature in the coolĆfresh
compartment can be changed to be
2 steps warmer and/or colder. If the
bargraph is set to 4, the coolĆfresh
compartment has a temperature of
almost 0 °C.
The numbers on the bargraph do
not correspond to the coolĆfresh
compartment temperatures.
Step 2 - coldest setting
Step 8 - warmest setting
Press button for 3 seconds
until a beeping signal sounds,
the display 4 flickers. Fig. 2/2
Change the setting with button 3.
After one minute, the set
temperature is stored.
