IV. Attach brackets
1. Work through the tail light openings to attach rear brackets with provided hardware (fig. 5).
2. With help, locate the backing plates for the front brackets by reaching up from the fender well inside
of the bed. Attach with provided hardware.
3. Once attached, torque all hardware to 7 ft/lbs. BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVER-TORQUE.
4. Re-install tail lights.
5. Re-install inner fenders. Use the provided plastic rivets and a plastic rivet gun to re-fasten inner fend-
ers to fender flares.

V. attach tonneau cover
1. Place tonneau cover assembly over cab end of truck bed (fig. 6).
2. With the tailgate open, completely unfold the tonneau cover (fig. 7).
3. Slide rear clamps out to the bed wall. Pull down clamp and hook under brackets (fig. 8).
