DANGER
Electrical Warning!
Before performing any maintenance, disconnect
power to motor at main power switch or circuit
breaker. Install a lock-out tag to ensure power
remains off during the service procedure.
WARNING
Hot surfaces and equipment
During maintenance work there is the danger of
getting burned from hot components (Fig. 2/Q)
and by the pump lubricating oil.
Wait for the pump to cool down.
7.1 Ensuring operational safety
Regular maintenance work must be carried out in order to ensure operational safety.
Maintenance intervals also depend on the operational demands on the pump.
With any work observe the safety instructions described in Section 2.8 “Safety notes for installation,
commissioning and maintenance”.
The entire pump should always be kept in a clean condition.

are seated properly and if necessary seal again or tighten up.

leaks and if necessary re-seal.
