EMULSIFYING
To emulsify mayonnaise proceed as follows:
• Place 200 ml of oil, 1 whole egg and a pinch of salt into the container (13).
• Insert the blender stem (5) in the container (13), until the blades cover (6) is fully
immersed in the mixture.
• Insert the plug (4) in the socket.
• Press the on/off button (1) or (2) at the desired speed.
• Keep the blender stem (5) in this position for approximately 15”, until the oil starts to
emulsify.
• Gently lift and lower the blender stem (5) to emulsify all the oil.
• Adjust acidity by adding a teaspoon of vinegar or lemon.
ASSEMBLING THE CHOPPER (IF PRESENT)
ATTENTION!
• Handle the chopper blades (9) with care to prevent accidental cuts.
•
NEVER immerse the chopper lid (8) and the motor unit (3) in water.
•
DO NOT use the chopper solely with liquid ingredients.
•
DO NOT use the chopper to shred parmesan cheese.
• Chop the ingredients into small pieces.
• The appliance must not be used for more than 15 seconds.
• Wait for the appliance to cool down completely before repeating the cycle.
•
DO NOT leave any food residue in the chopper bowl (10) for more time
than is required for the preparation.
• Insert the chopper blades (9) in the chopper bowl (10) [Fig C].
• Insert the ingredients (vegetables, meat, fruit, ham, etc.) in the chopper bowl (10).
• Close the chopper bowl (10) with the lid (8) [Fig D].
• Place the motor unit (3) on the chopper lid (8) [Fig E].
USING THE CHOPPER
Proceed as follows after having assembled the appliance:
• Insert the plug (4) in the socket.
• Press the on/off button (1) or (2) at the desired speed.
CHOPPING
Proceed as follows for a chopped mixture:
• Insert the chopper blades (9) in the chopper bowl (10) [Fig C].
• Insert the ingredients (vegetables, meat, fruit, ham, etc.) in the chopper bowl (10)
without exceeding the 600 ml level.
• Close the chopper bowl (10) with the lid (8) [Fig D].
• Place the motor unit (3) on the chopper lid (8) [Fig E].
