Onboard Devices Configuration
HD Audio Controller [Enabled]
[Enabled]
Enables the High Definition Audio Controller.
[Disabled]
Disables the controller.
The following two items appear only when you set the HD Audio Controller item to
[Enabled].
Front Panel Type [HD]
Allows you to set the front panel audio connector (AAFP) mode to legacy AC’97 or high-
definition audio depending on the audio standard that the front panel audio module supports.
[HD]
Sets the front panel audio connector (AAFP) mode to high definition audio.
[AC97]
Sets the front panel audio connector (AAFP) mode to legacy AC’97
SPDIF Out Type [SPDIF]
Allows you to select the digital audio output type. Configuartion options: [SPIDF] [HDMI]
VIA Storage Controller [Enabled]
[Enabled] Enables the VIA storage controller.
[Disabled] Disables the controller.
VIA Storage OPROM [Enabled]
This item appears only when the VIA Storage Controller item is set to [Enabled].
[Enabled] Enables the VIA Storage OPROM.
[Disabled] Disables the VIA Storage OPROM.
Realtek LAN Controller [Enabled]
[Enabled] Enables the Realtek LAN controller.
[Disabled] Disables the controller.
Legacy USB3.0 Support [Enabeled]
[Enabled]
Enables the support for USB3.0 devices.
[Disabled]
The USB3.0 devices can be used only for the BIOS setup program.
EHCI Hand-off [Disabled]
[Enabled]
Enables the support for operating systems without an EHCI hand-off
feature.
[Disabled]
Disables the function.
