Sets the ratio between the CPU Core Clock and the Front Side Bus
frequency. The default value of this item is auto-detected by BIOS. Use the
<+> - <-> keys to adjust the BIOS.
C1E TM function [Enabled]
Enables or disables Intel CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E) function, a CPU power-saving
function in system halt state. When enabled, the CPU core frequency and voltage
is reduced during system halt state to decrease power consumption. Configuration
