Turn the valve cartridges to the “off” position by
turning the cold stem counter-clockwise and the hot
stem clockwise.
Place the handle over the valve. Thread the flange
to the mounting ring.
Place the spout on the mounting surface.
Install the friction washer, metal washer and
mounting nut.
Tighten the mounting nut by hand.
