guidancesysteminstallationquickandeasy,readytoplugandplay.Thedisplaysupporthasbeenredesignedandmakesthe
installationorremovalofthedisplayeasier,thankstotwolatchesonthetopofit.
AccuGrade
AccuGradeisadealerinstalledmachinecontrolandguidancesystemwhichenablesoperatorstocutandfilltogradewith
increasedaccuracy,minimizingtheneedfortraditionalstakesandgradecheckers.
AccuGradeusesadvancedLaser,GlobalNavigationSatelliteSystem(GNSS)and/orUniversalTrackingStation(UTS)technology,
machine-mountedcomponentsandoff-boardhardware.Thisstate-of-the-artmachinecontrolsystemprovidespreciseelevation
informationonanin-cabdisplaytoachieveaccuratebladepositioning.Bydisplayingreal-timecut/fillinformationinthecab,
operatorscanimprovetheirefficiencyandgettogradefasterwithfewerpassesthaneverbefore.The AccuGradeSystem
significantlyimprovestheproductivityandaccuracyofgradingequipment–byasmuchas50percentoverconventionalmethods.
Rough Grade
TheD6NAccuGradenowincludestheRoughGradefunction;itallowstheoperatortocontrolthetiltmanuallyaslongasthe
bladecenterisabovedesign,whiletheAccuGradesystemcontrolsthebladeheight.Whenthebladecenterreachesthegrade,
anauto-liftcontrolpreventsthebladefromgoingfurtherdown.Thiscanincreaseyourperformancewhenoperatingmanually.
