In this menu item you carry out the min. adjustment for level

6.4 Parameter adjustment - Extended adjustment

For technically demanding measurement loops you can carry out

extended settings in "Extended adjustment".

The main menu is divided into five sections with the following func-

tions:

Setup: Settings, e.g., for measurement loop name, application, units,

position correction, adjustment, signal output
Display: Settings, e.g., for language, measured value display, lighting
Diagnosis: Information, e.g. on instrument status, pointer, measure-

ment reliability, simulation
Additional adjustments: PIN, units SV 2, date/time, reset, copy

function
Info: Instrument name, hardware and software version, date of manu-

facture, device ID, sensor features
In the main menu point "Setup", the individual submenu points should

be selected subsequently and provided with the correct parameters

to ensure the optimum adjustment of the measurement. The menu

items are described in the following.

In the menu item "Sensor TAG" you edit a twelve digit measurement

loop designation label.
You can enter an unambiguous designation for the sensor, e.g. the

measurement loop name or the tank or product designation. In digital

systems and in the documentation of larger plants, a singular desig-

nation must be entered for exact identification of individual measuring

points.
The available digits comprise:

Letters from A … Z

Numbers from 0 … 9
