The following list contains the most important parameters and their meaning:

primary_value
– Process Value after min/max-adjustment and linearization. Selected as input to AIFB by setting
'Channel' = 1. Unit derives from 'Primary_value_unit'

– Unit code of 'Primary_value'

– Process pressure. Selected as input to AIFB by setting 'Channel' = 2. Unit derives from 'Sec-
ondary_value_1_unit'

– Unit code of 'Secondary_value_1'
– bar, PSI, …, m, ft, …; in case of length type engineering unit and access to parameters the cor-
responding values will be converted by density factor
