Description
When this is set to on, selecting a voice also automati-
cally calls up special voice-related parameters and
values that best suit the voice. The parameters
included in Voice Set are:
• Main Voice — Volume, Octave, Pan
• Dual Voice — Number, Volume, Octave, Pan,
Reverb Send Level, Chorus Send Level,
DSP Send Level
• Harmony — Type, On/Off, Volume
Use the panel HARMONY and DUAL buttons to turn
the respective functions on or off.
A setting of “1” results in limited touch response; this
setting produces a relatively narrow dynamic range, no
matter how lightly or strongly you play the keys. “2”
lets you play over a normal dynamic range (soft to
loud), while “3” is designed for playing very soft
passages, giving you slightly more detailed control in
the soft volume range. When Touch is turned off (page
38), a constant velocity value of 80 is produced (total
velocity range = 0 - 127).
