Verify integrity of all crimp and
solder connections
Check wiring continuity and
repair as necessary
ELT LED flashes rapidly within
two minutes after ELT/NAV
Interface -B power up
(24-bit address not accepted)
ELT not programmed for 24-bit
address location protocol
Program ELT with 24-bit address
location protocol
