The following table describes the LEDs on the EM-412 panel.

None of the lights turn on after I install the EM-
412 and connect it to a network device.
• Make sure the EM-412 is properly installed in a switch.
• Make sure that you are using the correct 10GBase-CX4
cable with the correct PIN assignment.
• Make sure you choose the right length settings in your Ether-
net switch configuration.
• Make sure the power source is turned on.
• If the problem continues, contact your vendor.
LED Color Status Description
LNK/
ACT Blue On The port is connected to an Ethernet
device.
Blinking The port is transmitting or receiving data.
Off The port is not connected to an Ethernet
device.
