FAN SPEED REFERENCE
(Extreme 5000ti or 5000tiR)
UNIT SPECIFICATION
Your fan speed selection will depend on the amount of heat that needs to be removed from the cellar, as well
as the application of the unit (Thru the Wall Installation or Ducted). If the unit is going to be ducted you would
need to use the highest fan speed (The higher fan speed is designed to support the reduction in airflow created
by the ductwork) For the thru the wall application, the fan speed selection will depend on the cellar size, insula-
tion factor, door seal and desired wine temperature. When initially installing the unit, set the fan speed to the
highest setting for a quick chill down. Once the temperature of the cellar reaches the desired temperature, you
may be able to select a lower fan speed to handle the normal load. In the event the temperature outside goes
above 90 degrees, (when exhausting to the outside) you may need to select the higher fan speed.
