3) Find the [Manual UDP low REJECT] section and add the line this line:
ACCEPT, 169.254.0.0 – 169.254.255.255, 0 – 65536, UPnP, 2005-10-05, 02:44:06, PERPETUAL, 2000, unknown
4) Close Notepad and save your change.
5) Finally, you need to shutdown and restart your computer for these change to take effect.
