Obtaining Factory Service in the United States
Welch Allyn Data Collection, Inc. provides service for all its products through a
service center located at its manufacturing facilities in Skaneateles, New York.
To obtain warranty or non–warranty service, return the unit to Welch Allyn
(postage paid) with a copy of the dated purchase record attached.

Material Authorization number (RMA #).
