Answering system
Outgoing announcement
The outgong announcement s the greetng callers hear when calls are answered
by the answerng system.
The telephone s preset wth a greetng that answers calls wth
“Hello, please leave
a message after the tone.” You can use ths preset announcement, or replace t
wth your own. Whle n the ANNC menu, press ANNC agan to ext at anytme.
Play your announcement
Press ANNC when n dle mode and the system wll announce “Announcement.
Press PLAY or press RECORD.”
Press /PLAY/STOP to play the announcement. You can press t agan to
stop playback.
