Busy Channel Lockout

BCL is used when CTCSS or DCS is
selected to prevent transmission when
the uh095sx detects a transmission from
another unit using the same CTCSS
or DCS code.
Press five times. Press or
to select ON. Press and hold
/ENTER to store the new setting.
BCL appears on the display when on.

If a button is not pressed within 10
seconds the uh095sx will automatically exit the Menu Mode.

Operation

VOX Operation (optional VOX headset required)

VOX is the automatic transmitting
function by inputting voice into
the VOX headset mic without
pressing the PTT key. Press
/ENTER four times. Press
or to select the desired
VOX sensitivity (oF, 1-9).

Press and hold /ENTER to
store the new setting. VOX
appears on the display when
select 1-9. Connect the optional
VOX headset.

If a button is not pressed within 10 seconds the uh095sx will automatically
exit the Menu Mode.
