8.3.5 Setting and checking date and time
•
Press ‘0’ in the main menu. The unit shall announce to press ‘*’ to set new day/time.
• Press ‘*’
• Enter the new date and time, using the numerical keypad, after the tone.
The time format is as follow x-hh-mm.
X = 1 for Sunday, 7 for Saturday
HH = Hour (24 hour clock notation)
MM = Minutes
• If the date and time is entered correctly, the unit shall announce the new setting.
• If the date and time is entered incorrectly, the unit shall ask to re-enter the day/time
• The unit shall ask to press ‘1’ for main menu.
9 Trouble shooting

low Adjust the ringing volume
Tone is good, but there
is no communication The dialling mode is wrong Adjust the dialling mode
(pulse/tone)
Not possible to transfer
a call on PABX The FLASH time is too short Set the unit to Long Flash time
Telephone does not
react to pressing the
keys Manipulation error Remove the batteries and put
them back in place
