Press the [SCAN!] button.
y The screen for external connection is displayed.

The basic scan menu is displayed after the data have been stored in
the client computer.
y If you want to cancel the storage of the data being scanned, press the [CANCEL] but-
ton.
If the screen for external connection is not displayed after your pressing the [SCAN!] but-
ton, confirm if the selected client computer is running.
