In order to provide maximum port density and to enable simple UTP (Category 5) cabling, the serial parts found on
Dominion KSX via compact RJ45 ports. However, no widely adopted industry-standard exists for sending serial
data over RJ45 connections. For your reference, the serial pin-out employed by Dominion KSX is provided below.
