Conference Speakerphone Operation
2. Press a number on the keypad that
corresponds to the leading-letter of the
record you want to find. For example, if you
want to find “Bill Smith”, press the number 2
key twice to select the letter “B.“ The display
shows B SEARCH.
Note: You may also use the
or
button to search
the phone book.
3. Press the MENU/OK button to search for
“Bill Smith”. The display shows
BILL SMITH 5775141335.
Note: If there is no record stored in memory that
starts with letter “B”, the display shows the next
closest entry.
Dialing a Record Stored the Phonebook
1. Follow the steps in Reviewing the Phone
Book to find the record you want to dial.
2. Press the ON/OFF button, and the unit
automatically takes the line and dials the
number. The call timer begins counting.
Editing a Record Stored in the Phonebook
1. Follow the steps in Reviewing the Phone
Book to find the record you want to edit.
2. Press FLASH/EDIT to edit the name, and follow
the procedure outlined in Storing A Name and
Number in the Phone Book Directory.
Deleting a Record Stored in
the Phonebook
1. Follow the steps in Reviewing the Phone
Book to find the record you want to delete.
2. Press HOLD/DELETE button once to delete the
record. The display shows DELETE ENTRY?
NO YES.
3. Press the
or
button to move the arrow
to YES.
4. Press the MENU/OK button. The display
shows DELETED.
After two seconds, the display shows
PHONEBOOK 19 RECORDS.
Note: If you decide not to delete the record, press the
or
button to move the arrow to NO then press
MENU/OK. The display shows the record again.
