UK WARRANTY
As the purchaser of this high quality Rinnai Water Heater you are provided with the
following conditional warranty.
Rinnai Infinity units used in Commercial Situations are only subject to a 1 year warranty
across the board. Commercial situations should be supplied by the Rinnai HD range.
No Rinnai warranty will cover damage/ faults arising from moving or storing the unit; im-
proper installation or gas supply; water contaminants beyond defined limits; environ-
mental factors; plumbing fittings, or other outside influences of which Rinnai is not re-
sponsible. Service calls for these issues will be chargeable. The unit must be serviced
annually to validate the warranty.
The warranty period begins on customer’s date of purchase.
