Sports Mode
To check your BMI, press M to view the
main menu. While "Go to" is highlighted
in the menu, press
to enter the
submenu. Press – to highlight BMI.
Different BMI ranges correspond to
different health condition.
Stopwatch
1. To access stopwatch, press M to view
the main menu
2. While "Go to" is highlighted in the
menu, press
to enter the submenu.
3. Press
– to highlight "Stopwatch" and
press SEL.
4. Press
to start timer. Press
again
to stop and again to resume the timer.
5. While timer is stopped, press
to
reset time.
Multiple Lap Timing
1. In stopwatch mode, when the timer is
running, press SEL to start multiple lap
timing function.
2. Press
SEL to mark the second lap time,
the unit will display the lap difference
and then the average lap time on the
display briefly. Repeat this step to mark
more laps (maximum 9 laps).
3. Press
to stop the timer when all
laps are finished.
4. Press
and
then
+ or – to review all
the lap times.
5. Press
to clear all lap times and reset
the timer.
