6 - Directory
Printing the directory
To print the directory:
15 - DIRECTORY / PRINT
1 Press on , enter 15 with the alphanumerical
keypad.
The printing of the directory starts, alphabetically ordering
directory entries in the following three categories:
• Directory (speed and groups dial list),
• Group dial list,
• One-Touch dial list.
Saving/Restoring the directory (Smart
card option)
16 - DIRECTORY / SAVE/LOAD
This function enables you to save the contents of your
directory on a Smart card and restore them on your
machine.
To save the contents of your directory on your Smart
card:
1 Press on , enter 16 with the alphanumerical
keypad.
2 Select SAVE to save directory entries on the Smart
card.
3 Insert your Smart card.
To restore the contents of your directory from your Smart
card:
1 Press on , enter 16 with the alphanumerical
keypad.
2 Select LOAD to restore directory entries from your
Smart card.
3 Confirm with OK.
4 Insert your Smart card.
Important
The printing is not possible on A5
paper format.
Important
This function is only available to
service technician with Smart card.
