Connecting an External Antenna
If you are in an area with weak TV signals or inside a concrete building, you might
need an external antenna to improve reception. You can use an indoor antenna or
an outdoor antenna (neither supplied).
Using Your TV in Digital Mode

Note: For instructions on using Analog mode, see “Using your TV in Analog Mode”
on page 26.
1. Slide the MAIN POWER switch on the back of the TV to ON. Your TV enters
standby mode.
2. Press and hold G on the top of the TV to turn on.
3. Press MENU to access the settings menu.
4. Use the joystick on your TV or   on the remote to select one of the
following system settings, then press  to confirm.

Note: If you connect an external antenna, keep the built-in antenna stored folded and
away from any object which can flow electric current.
