Displaying the Currently Selected
System Type
To display the system type currently selected on your phone,
press
. The currently selected system type (such as
Std BA ) appears for about 8 seconds. To clear the display
sooner, press .
Selecting the Cellular System Type
Note: If you are unable to complete Steps 2 and 3 within 8
seconds, the display clears without changing the system
type. Start at Step 1 and try again.
1. Press . The currently selected system type
appears.
2. Repeatedly press or until you see the system
type you want to use.
3. To store the displayed system type, press . The
phone briefly displays Set to confirm your selection.
To exit without changing the system type, press .
